id try to use a 20oz or bigger bottle, & put a small hole in the cap to fit a fish tank air hose in, & place the hose in the pot, & put a tiny tiny (small as u can get) hole @ the bottom of bottle, & hang the bottle up. u want it to drip out of the hose slowly, so do a little testing, u many not even need the other hole, but u might have to plug the end of hose & put tiny pin holes along the part thats going to be in medium, the higher u hang it the faster it will drip, experiment & see what works best.
