There is not much drive because of the lack of desire for competition. People get a job as a manager at Hardees with benefits, health insurance, bonus and paid vacations. It's enough to keep em surviving, people accept it. Many people don't strive for success and the best they can achieve. Why? Many reasons.. laziness, living in a bubble world, having narrow views, being uninterested in the hows and whys of life.
