put them in a cup of filtered water for 1 day, (they should sink), after that put them between moist paper towles (moist not dripping wet, & dont let dry out), when they have a 1/8-1/4" tap root, put them in the soil about 1/8-1/4" deep & cover lightly (keep soil moist) & no lights until they sprout.
