Before treating it with neem oil or flushing it I decided to leave it alone until the soil dried just to make sure I wasn't overloading it. Meanwhile, I did set the sticky traps and manually raked the soil/killed gnats. I did this for 3 days and then watered it with H20.
I tried holding a piece of white paper underneath while gently shaking the leaves but got nothing out of it.
Since then I have not noticed any more gnats and the new growth does not have any spots on them. I'm hoping that it will remain this way because it has about 2 more days before leeching.
I then treated it for Mg deficiency by foliar feeding it with epsom and by adding dissolved epsom to the water for one day.
However, while foliar feeding it I noticed that one of the lower, smaller branches turned "yellow" and I don't know why it did this. The branch is now cannabilizing its leaves but its new stem growth seems to be reverting back to green.
I am hoping that it's a sign of the plant's natural cannabilization of itself = ???
