Why did you think it was so scary to the world's governments?

It can, when correctly used, make external government unnecessary. Nice article, I like the fact that people have made so many of these same observations throughout history. My personal theory, is that it can cause you to gain access to levels of thought and awareness that are plain for anyone to see, but cannabis allows you to interpret the data better. They don't call it a "higher consciousness" for nothing.
