Wanted to bring this thread back, as I loved it.
So last week I made my 2nd batch of OE ( Opium Extract) Using this method. I put my stove on medium high ( level 5-7) and boiled the seeds for 20 minutes. I strained the best I could, And returned the water. I used an old wifebeater to strain through, It worked great.
I returned the brownish liquid to the burner and continued till it was low. The first try I had only 52g's of seeds, and got enough to roll 1 cig in. Now I used 500g's of seeds, And I got a nice yield. I waited till the water level was extremely low, and put the heat to low. Once the water was basically all gone, I turned the heat off and let it sit on the hot burner for 5 more minutes.
You should have a carmelized gunk in the bottom. I used a razor blade and got up as MUCH as I could. I put it all on a plate.
Next, I had a pack of Djarum clove cigs ( or whatever you smoke) And I ROLLED each cigarette in the extract, coating evenly down to the " Line Of goodness" ( Right Above the filter, say 2-5mm up). I Did 4 at a time, and held in front of a fan to dry. At this point, It's like a hardened Caramel candy. I then re-packed them.
My boy asked me for a clove, and I wanted one too. We both Lit our cigarettes and started smoking, myself completely absent-minded of the "special" cigarettes we lit. I remember him saying " Man, these cloves taste a bit different, Kind of floral. Like im smoking a flower, its nice". I then explained they were rolled in an extract, and I completely forgot.
It isnt a placebo effect. As we are BOTH regular Cigarette smokers, We chain smoke about 10 each before we can feel lightheaded. However, after this first cigarette my buddy and myself got quite mellow. It lasted nearly an hour, just sitting in the car chillin. I will describe the effects best I can:
It's like you're laying on a bed, floating in the ocean. Your body is tingling, and my mind is nicely at ease. It's a wonderful feeling. This pack of cigs will last awhile though, haha.
We smoked a few throughout the day, maybe 3 or 4 each. At the very end where we hit baseline, we were quite happy and refreshed, and weren't fiending for more... Now Everyone is coming to me when they want a cigarette, haha.
