I don't think thats possible. First, if this is your first try with hydro you may not even keep the plants alive and if you do, you have to constantly watch the Ph because it changes faster than soil grows. Other things like water temp and system malfunctions (clogged hoses, leaks, etc) will kill your plants in a day if you dont check them often. I think if you are starting with hydro or aeroponics you have to check it at least once a day.
