thinking about the same set up but with 1 each.

would it be enough for 4 plants 18 gal rubbermaid DWC in a cabinet 4x2x2? i am sure some of the plants will turn out to be male so i might up up with fewer plants.
trying to weigh my options on prices CFL vs t5.
