And when a boy grows up and gets erections, it pulls skin from his ball sack to compensate for the growth. That's why some guys have hair on their shaft. That's not normal at all. Just think about it....they take a piece of skin that would eventually grow to the size of a 3"x5" index card. It's bound to take some length with it.
