When I read this thread I realized it was for me
as I am on very tight budget.
I got me a 25 Watt Daylight 6500k says luminous 1600 ($9.98) I was almost blinded by this little guy
and a 40W Soft White says lumens 2600 ($7.98)

I was able to purchase at a Lowes (Home Depot copycats)
My Walmart didn't have anythign close.
I litterly stood there for an hour looking at the lights. I couldn't find anything bigger
. Scince I have a very small grow room, these may suffice.
I went and got lost looking for more supplys for my grow room setup and went back to the lights a few times
I found a ($12) Desk lamp, wish I can menouver very easily.
