it is impossible for dogs to smell seeds.. they give off no smell what so ever.. and i wouldn't worry about it, because even if customs (or whatever your equivalent agency is called) finds the seeds. they will just take them and send you a letter in place that says something along the lines of.... the product you were recieving is illegal and has been seized..blah blah blah... i'm pretty sure you won't actually get in trouble, unless it is a repetative thing
