Are those seeds trained dogs? I've seen dogs being trained on an ex-cop's training video, and they only had dogs trained for: Coke, MJ(not seeds, bud), Heroin, and something else, think it was meth or something. But it's called the big four and I've never heard of getting busted for seeds by a dog unless they have weed packed with it. Unless companies don't even wash the seeds they send you.
