Is this your soil? http://www.groworganic.com/item_PSO2...il_15_Cu_.html

If so, this soil already has fertilizer in it here is what it has: This organic mix is an excellent all-around potting soil. In addition, it contains other great organic ingredients including worm castings, bat guano, bone meal, soybean meal, soft rock phosphate, greensand, fish meal, blood meal, langbenite (K-mag), bark, diatomaceous earth, perlite, and kelp meal.

The original question was why are these leaf tips brown? We have not solved that problem yet. From your pictures it definitely is not nitrogen deficient. The only thing it can be at this stage, providing the soil pH is in range, is fertilizer burn.

Even organic fertilizers can burn. In your case it seems minor but, it is showing itself nonetheless. If they were from seeds, they would be worse.

If you want to keep the organic motif, get some more guano, worm castings etc. However, unless your soil is something entirely different than what I left in the link, your plants are fine on food for another two weeks.
