I know it helps me in basketball somewhat to get in the zone and focus, especially with weight training and shooting. My good buddy was a valet at Key Arena in seattle and is lucky enough to park players cars for the Seattle Sonics, and tells me that so many have fat sacks in the center console or glovebox. He has pinched a couple nugs from the pros, although i didn't condone the breech of privacy or theft of goodness, I am guilty of smoking some of that pinched herb. (decent, def high end pricey seattle bud.) But then again the sonics aren't a great model of Herb being a help to NBA players.
