i'm starting a grow for the first time and was wondering what you guys thing of my lighting.

general info:
-mylar everywhere
-will be 4 plants in 6 inch pots (4 pots)

my lighting:
-4 of 42 watt cfl, 2800 lums, 6500K

to little or adequate?
