Fruit tend to grow on trees, I know there are exceptions. grapes, berries, melons etc. I don't like cataloupe or honeymelon, just watermelon. I have a rasberry bush next to my compost, although I didn't plant it. I never really thought of fruit so much. Plus vegetable seeds are abundant at the stores whereas fruit seeds are rare.

My girlfriend got me a pack of various hot pepper seeds, so now I don't need to get a transplant. It's much more satisfying when you grow from seed yourself. So I'll soak them tonight to speed germination. They'll go into peat pellets tomorrow.
