I made a order with dr. chronic last month around the 27th. of march. Normally it takes about 5 to 10 business days for most banks to receive my mail. When i emailed them this week about my order they said it had not arrived. I am in the states and was wondering have it ever took this long for them to receive your order? I have ordered from a lot of different banks, even the low end banks people are afraid to deal with, but always received my order. I heard nothing but good things about Dr. and was wondering if anybody sending a cash order to them never made it? I take the same approach when mailing cash. Post card dark colored envelope and another envelope. Because it was my first time ordering from them i did not write the order # down. Could that be a problem? Any & all inputs are welcomed.
