Yeah, I think the slow growth is from the n deficiency. For future reference the plants will show sex all by themselves, without switching the photoperiod, under normal growth, at about week 4-5 from seed. This is one reason why I like clones; they were taken from a female plant and since they are already sexually mature, they can be flowered almost right away. If you have time constraints why not just leave them on 12/12 and finish them up?
