i doubt this'll work. it didn't work last time. i'll sign it though. im currently writing an expository essay on why marijuana should be legalized...... my talking points were the medicinal value, the money it brings in from being a top cash crop, and the money it cost us taxpayers every year...... the teacher likes how it's coming so far, she's a straight up hippy lol.
