A doctor prescribed cough syrup that's used recreationally very heavily in houston texas and around the state.it originated there. they call it "lean" because when you drink it,you get leaaaan.um.....its mostly just being fucked up on codeine. A duece pretty much a styrofoam cup filled with half sprite and half "lean" then you throw in a jolly rancher or 2.you gotta sip this shit,chuggin it or big sips will fuck you up fast.this is just what i heard.wish i could score it in indiana
