yea i can see your power issue, but then again i then again mr postman said a small ceramic space heater uses like 1500 watts... and its winter where i am!
air conditioners use a lot too... another 400 will greatly benefit your babies, just figure out how to cut down on other uses. shut your CPU down when you arent using it. turn the heat down a few degrees when you arnet home... shit like that and youd be fine.
