I scooped up the 70w HPS light from Home Depot recently.. And I've obviously come to the conclusion that this won't be nearly enough to grow 6 plans like I would hope to.

After getting my 400w HPS setup to run for veg/flowering, can I use this 70w HPS to simply grow up my seedlings after germination?

My big question is while using this 70w HPS bulb... How far should it be from the plants??
