in america a seed or stem is enough for a warant and also enough to charge you. If someone calls the cops that they believe to be credible, that can get them out there with a warrant pretty quick. Plus most of the time smell is all the cops use is smell and say you look high. Really if a cop wants to fuck your day up its pretty simple for them to do, which is why I say "Yes, sir" or "No, sir" instead of "fuck you pig"
