it is bullshit... I honestly didnt know that there were so few dispensaries that actually did things legitamitly... i know we pay sales tax and everything on our medications. We have a sellers permit. We do shit "by the book"
Basically these clinics that are opperating as a "non-profit organization" are money laundering... because unless you getting dollars for dollar on what u paid, you are going to make a profit. Such as the majority of the clinics that got raided a few weeks back... the high majority of them were all "non profits org."
The police need to just back the fuck off... if someone has all of there MMJ documentation with them then the police should automatically back the fuck off... unless u were engaging in a "illegal" act such as DUI or selling it on the streets.
Its only a matter of time before shit gets done right... just unfortunatly it will get worse before it gets better.
