The article was very well written,
just one thought comes to mind- I'm in a sense glad there are rules and regulations (to an extent), because personally I feel a lot of people would make some horrible decisions.
Fuck, I'd be pissed if I lived in NY and people could make as much noise as they wanted- some people are assholes.
