Using the Scrog method do you have problems with hermis?
Also I am going to start growing C-99 (Mostly a sativa strain) would that be an ok choice for the Scrog method?

Stress is relative. As far as the plant goes i think you can get pretty extreme with how you force it to grow. its really more like growth directional control. check these 1/4 pound plants out. 2 square feet by 8 to 9 inches tall.
