ok im sorry i did write that didnt i

well i didnt mean to say that the acid tastes bad, maybe i should have also explained that the reason i do that is because sour things make you salivate. and your saliva breaks down the acid, thus you metabolize it faster and more thoroughly, and as for the cranberry juice that is to help flush it through your system more evenly and so you get full feeling of it, not just like in flutters where a big group of it passes through sensitive spots in your nervous system.

as for the vitamin C, i have heard that it helps prevent damage to your nervous system and because i use it often i dont want any damage to be done even though there is no proof that it does any physical damage to you any ways. plus it helps push the acid to the sweat glands in your skin and it will be out of your system in a few days.

and when i mean a few days i dont mean it sits in your spinal nerves for the rest of your life, it gets processed through your liver and your kidneys just like everything else that is put through your body.
