Well at low doses one can expect to only feel slightly disoriented. just like it depends on how good the weed is. the better the weed, the more THC and the more you ingest, the higher you get.
so really to answer that, you just wont feel it as intensely at 50 micrograms than if you had a strip of 150 micrograms. but ofcourse its hard if not impossible by regular means of testing to fully know how much is in one of your doses, unless you go to the source yourself and he tells you how much is on that one paper.
as for the taste. LSD has no taste. it is slightly bitter but even 150 micrograms you wont be able to taste. all you taste is the paper itself and that tastes like... paper. which again is sad for those who dont know who they are getting their acid from because you could be buying bunk paper with nothing on it. those kinds of dealers deserve as kickings.
