man that sucks, i have a friend that is half like what you were describing
we only hang out when i got bud, or we're drinking or something in which he gets fucked up at the cost of my money
he used to get bud every once in a while, like once every 2 months, and id buy inbetween since i had a job, but i say stuff to him all the time like how about we smoke some of the shit he just got and he's like no im saving this for myself u know how rarely i get bud
but i always get it, its annoying having to deal with people that are using everyone like that

you should just tell him if he doesnt get buy then u wont buy, and show him u mean it, by not buying
