Great post!! I can't say that I am a huge fan of the American government or of the "holier than thou" attitude of todays society. Not that I am a terrorist or ever plan to be but I can see how many foreign countries hate the United States and its citizens, honestly most of the people that live in this country are assholes who only care about themselves and are ignorant to many truths and rights. One of the reasons that I like these forums so much is because I feel the majority of the posters are very 'cool', in the sense that they tend to get the bigger picture that everyone needs to be treated with kindness and respect. Not to go on a tangent but as much as this country claims to be Christian, most people have little regard for the actual teachings of Jesus and live lifes that are very unChristian. The republican party seems more and more like Nazis every day and I am always seeing new information alledging the GOP of fixing elections. I think that if everyone was kinder and more understanding towards each other, this world and this country would be a much better place. Also, I myself am not a Christian but I get very upset when I see horrible things take place in Jesus' name. I am very offended when myself or others are ridiculed or harassed for not being Christians, personally people like you are the reason why. Please stop giving the "Good" Christians a bad name. Sorry for the rant, just my 2 cents, probably off topic, I apologize.
