Hopefully Bush wont slow down the progress of California's law reformation as well as Arizona and others. Michigan voters will be glad to hear that there will be a vote next year for the legalization of medical marijuana. its not decriminalization, but here in the US we have to take baby steps past all the retards in office and in public and spoonfeed them information until they get the damn point.
