anyway. i dont smoke that often, and i personally think that having high become the de facto state of being in your life is a stupid choice. most people do enjoy the effects of being high, but mostly because of the contrast to normal life, and because it is something special.
It seems to me that being high everday for a couple of months would quickly become boring, because certain problems would come up in that case, just as certain problems with never smoking come up.
i think that anyone who says that being sober is a trip, because they are always high, should really consider what getting high means to them. do they do it ecause its fun and relaxing? or do they do it because they feel that they HAVE to do it, to get by?
To each his own.

I'm still sober 80% of my waking time. And yet I feel more normal when I'm high.

The only problem that comes up with daily smokng for a long period is a high tollerance. And that's why I said it's not even about getting high. I don't get high, but I still get a whole new outlook on everything. In my thought patterns, even visually. Everything still physically looks the same visually, but there's something different about it still. It's not being high, it's just an alternative state of conscious.

I don't enjoy it because of it's contrast to sober life, I enjoy it just because it feels right.
