They're stuck in there? Well for flower you're not gonna want those daylight bulbs, so I hope you can get em out by then. Spectrum is important, especially when you don't have a lot of light. Those reflectors are cool though what'd you use?

And that lower fan that you said blows on the plants is over a intake hole right? I'd say just make that fan an exhaust fan and leave the intake hole, the air rushing in should create some wind to move the plants.
