It's actually fairly easy. All you have to do, is dissolve the amount of pills you want, and crush them and dissolve them in water. Then you have to get the water very cold, not frozen but nice and frosty. Then just filter it through coffee filters. Then you can either drink the liquid or let it evaporate and scrape up the powder.
