I don't know the answers to your questions, but...
1) Do a google search on the strains you want, you might find a link to a seedbank that way.
2) Mixed sativa should be grab-bag of different unidentified sativa strains, not the name of a specific strain.
3) An unsolicited opinion: it sounds to me like you are being extremely picky. Doc and Gypsy each rep a couple dozen or so breeders, each of which offers from a handful to a cornucopia of strains and cross-breeds. You won't buy from someone because they don't have pdf on their website? Wow, to me that's cutting off your nose to spite your face -- if they have what you want is their approach to technology that important to deny yourself? It's your choice, of course, just suggesting you widen your perspective a bit and focus on what truly is most important to you.
4) If you do find a seedbank that says they offer what you want they may not be reliable. Even if Doc and Gypsy don't have the exact strains you want, they generally are reliable. Which would be better, definitely having beans in hand that are excellent but not exactly what you want, or order exactly what you want only to see your money disappear and nothing to show for it? There are reputable seedbanks out there besides Doc and Gypsy, just a warning to really do your homework.
