Many years ago, the first time I was gonna smoke some hash whilst owning a cat (a party was planned for the weekend, at my place, and a mate was bringing some sticky shit - at the time I was only an occasional smoker, and the cat was a new addition to the house)...

I phoned a vet, and asked if it would harm my cat. She said straight out, "No. In fact, some cats seem to like it, and will come over to have a puff". I thought that was kinda funny, but have since learned it to be true, and while I no longer have a cat, I have fond (yeah, rright!) memories of my moggy stripping my beloved indoor plants from the bottom up!

Of course, tobacco is harmful to everything, but that's another story.
