Very good info. I would just like to add that the most economical method is to get flouros for veg and veg about 2 weeks then go to a powerful HPS (1000W per 10 plants) for flowering. For most indoor grows the veg cycle is very short and there is no reason to spend lots of money on it when floros will do just fine
