Hash Plant transplanted after rooting on 10/13, photo taken 10/23. Grown under a small bulb 150 HPS.

Can you do that in 10 days under fluoro? (For perspective that planter is a homemade square box, 12in by 12in) (Also this is one of 4 plants under the light, she is not alone)
