I would not go 10/14 or even 13/11. The 13/11 might have triggered them back into veg but more likely it was you going into the grow room at night. Just one flicker of light can send them back into veg. Also, your temps are way too hot. I have never heard of high temp sending them back into veg but it definitely can slow the growth. I would just stick with 12/12 all the way through and do NOT interrupt their dark period. Anyway, what strains are they?
