Confused Rep Question
hey....im just kinda confused...when you rep someone do you just say +rep and their name or do you actually have to click a certain button or link
PS: im curious cuz i got neg repped for stating my oppinion on heroine users......im just wondering how you positive rep or negative rep someone....peace
