That sucks bud,Don't think ur doing nothing wrong as i use the paper towel way
all the time and it works.They sound like shit seeds. If u use the paper towel's method
again make sure u soake them well and drain off any water,and put them in a dark
cupboard above the fridge if poss,and check them few hours to make sure there
moist.use distilled water.Which you can buy from the drug store.Good luck,hope u have better luck next time
