The seeds are Oasis as the thread title indicates, here's hoping she's a she.

Here's the setup:
I'm currently using 1 120V 60Hz 42W CFL in a large aluminum foil covered cardboard box with a small fan to keep it cooler and to stiffen the stem. I'm keeping the lights at 24/0 for two days and then going to 18/6 for one and then back to 24/0. I started the sprouting process on July 9th so the last picture is the plant at 16 days. The soil is perlite and MG mixed 1:3 respectively. I will add another smaller light in about 2 weeks once I plant my second plant and transfer this one. Smell is going to be the biggest problem and (as you can tell from my setup) I can't afford a carbon screen. Any tips on how to maximize growth speed, keeping in mind that this is low budget, are greatly appreciated.
