This is gonna be kinda hard to explain, but I have some experience with cones. I learned a few weeks ago in Erope. Thats all they smoke over there. I've been using king sized papers but I guess regular ones would work ok too. Also, it helps a lot to roll them with tips. To make a tip use some thick paper. Card paper works pretty well. Cut a strip about 1.5cm by 5.5cm. Start by folding it back and forth accordian style 3 or 4 times, then start rolling it. Kinda hard to explain but it should end up looking like a tube 1.5 cm long with a zig-zag shape in the middle. To role the cone, lay the paper out flat, put the tip at one end and put the green in. Make sure that there is a little more herb on the fat end of the spliff and gradually narrows down to the tip. when you start to roll it, start at the tip end. If the tip is on your right, when you sart to roll it, pull the bottom right corner a little bit to the right of the right edge (got that?) Its easier than I make it sound, but anyways, thats what starts the cone shape. It just gets it started rollin a little offset. Once you have the tip end started, you can pinch it and hold it while you work on the rest of the spliff. Continue rolling it. When you get to the end, lick the edge and continue rolling. That last edge will spiral down the side slightly if you do it right. Don't really worry about getting it perfect while your rolling it. You can kind of shape it up a little better with a pen tip after you're done. Also, if some falls out, you can always pack it back in after your done. It takes some time and patience, but its not impossible. It may take a few times/ papers before it turns out like you want it. Hope that helps. Good luck. Peace.
