i am not a big fan of delsym. It gives the same(kind of) effects as DXM but it really isnt dxm. Polistrex is plastic type crap and i do not feel comfortable putting that into my system
sure you could argue how dxm itself probably shouldnt either but meh, whatcha gonna do
the full 3 ounce bottle should get you feeling pretty good though(depending on your body size)
