The Last option that I have (that I know of) would be to buy some lowryder seeds and get in 1 harvest. I live in the northwest corner of washington.
Could I get some advice on any strains i could plant this late and still grow something smokable?
My last question is when seedbank websites list the flowering time it is the amount of time the bud needs to grow and does not include the other stages of plant growth?
Thanks for any responses

its not too late ..... depending on your latitude and the stage of your plant.
