40 watt cool flores.bulbs 6to8 of them,poting soil,timer 18 hrs on 6off.mix poting soil half with perlite/moisten soil dont drench or soak at this stage plant,cover with plastic until sprout comes up,put 2 inches from light.just watch water ph and watering.dixie cups ok to use small and drain faster ,easer to keep a small amont of soil warm=faster results,rooting.
