sunday will be 17 days since i smoked, i have a drugtest coming too, ive been doing similar things as you with drinking water and being active and whatnot. ive also been taking a multi-vitamin, cranberry extract, green tea extract, a high potency vitamin b complex, 500mg of niacin everday. I took a home drug test last monday and failed, and Im going to take another one tomorrow. My smoking patterns were probably a bit heavier than yours, but honestly pal... I can say you SHOULD be good. But theres no way to be definate. I thought i woulda been clean a week ago.
