looks good. you took the domes off right? if not, you should. leaving them in the domes too long will make it more difficult to adjust them to lower levels of humidity later, so it's best to just not use any kind of greenhouse-like thing like that unless you'd be able to do it all the way through the plants life. they seem to be developing just as they should. I don't think you should flower anywhere near as early as was recommended to you... you may be able to, but you'll most likely get a very, very small yield.
oh, and if the temps are too high, you might want to try running 18/6 and leave the lights off during the hottest part of the day. that's what I have to where I live. mine are sleeping right now. haha. from 12 noon to 6 PM I have the lights off, and when I eventually switch to flowering the lights will be off from 6 AM to 6PM.
