all morning i have been having dreams while knowing i was dreaming.

the first dream i had this morning was a dream about i couldnt find my ex gf . i looked for her everywhere i walked around my nieghborhood and horrible thoughts were going through my head. i awoke and almost cried because i thought it was so real

then after that i had a lucid dream

i was in my room geting my bong out about to blaze. i was looking on the floor looking for bud pieces but my vision was extreamly blurry and i walked and moved liek i was drunk. i was liek what the hell is going on this is not real, because i could barley move around, kind of liek i was 600 pounds or something... then i flew out the window and came back. i found i LARGE piece of bud on the floor and i looked at it and coudlnt tell if it was bud.. i kept smelling it (in horror that it could be an insect - im terrified of insects) i kept smelling it and it smelled like seiously the BEST bud i've ever smelt... i turned it over and it crawled away. i then ran around the room trying to kill it, when i did
i awoke.....

both times i woke up extreamly scared

any similatr experiances?
